Who Comes and Who Goes? Save Syria

The despair and catastrophe felt by people whose lives are endangered and fragile as a result of the crisis of war in Syria is something we know about but there is also something we can do about it.
Many Syrian Christians in their country and in bordering countries as refuges have been intentionally displaced so their homes and churches can be destroyed, so they then have nothing to come back too. People go to bed, not knowing if a bomb will hit them in the night or the morning. People are struggling to get resources and with equal distribution of aid.

A church leader who chose to stay in Syria because he believes that God has called him to stay and help the church and others in the danger said;
"Jesus didn't just stay in the heavens enjoying the songs of the angels, he came down and got involved. I learned from him."

"Coming For Me" a contemporary R'n'B song by Preacher Boy Missions. Describes some of the hurt, pain and hope.

"Save us, Lord our God, and gather us from the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise." Psalm 106:47 The glory of God is our aim.

We walk, we talk, we pray, God saves.

Are we praying? Please do. Pray for guidance, healing, strength and grace for all persecuted Christians and Christians in other countries involved in the logistical side of helping.
Pray for the church that in is Syria helping everyone in need as much as they can and for outside organisations helping them to help!
Pray for the government!!

Are there practical ways that we can go and help? Yes there are! Visit this website, a charity for persecuted Christians for more information and to sign the petition: http://www.opendoorsuk.org/campaign/savesyria/
